What payment options are available at Ritzy Black?

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, PLUS contactless payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

To get a 10% discount code of your first order, you need to sign up and receive our welcome email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment of your order.

Orders typically take 1–3 business days to ship.

Typically, this can only be done on the same day of the order because the item will be delivered as fast as possible.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world.

If your country is not included, then unfortunately, we cannot ship to you.

For applicable country, duties and taxes are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Depending on your country, you can choose either DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
If DDU is selected, you will be required to pay the required duties and taxes upon delivery, and the shipping carrier may not be able to release the package without paying the duties and taxes.

We recommend that you use a carrier that provides a return tracking number.
It will take 2 to 4 business days to process the return after confirming the receipt date of the package.

We do not currently generate a return label for international shipments, and you will be responsible for return shipping and costs.

What is the Ritzy Black Return Policy?

The products you ordered can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Depending on the condition of the product, returns may not be possible.
We will be happy to accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused items in sellable condition for a full refund within this time period.

Cancellation may not be possible depending on your order status.

If we are unable to cancel your order, we can guide you through a simple return process at any time.

Exchange is not currently enabled.
For all domestic customers, we have created a pre-paid UPS return label in your package.
We want to make the return process as smooth as possible!
Please drop off the package at the local UPS location in your area.
Once we have received it, we will be happy to issue a full refund for all the items we have received.
We will email you a refund notification once the processing is complete.
Once processed, the refund will take 2-4 business days to reflect onto the original payment form.

We will return the gifted items purchased online to your online credit.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with the original tag attached.
To initiate a return, contact Customer Service using the order number of the original purchaser.

Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your returned merchandise after it has been received.
We will refund the price of the items including the tax you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
For international orders, we are unable to issue refunds for any customs, duties, or additional fees applicable to your order.
